Sandra Okagbue, the wife of popular Nigerian singer Flavour, has taken to social media to mourn the death of her father-in-law, Benjamin Onyemaechi Okoli. The funeral ceremony, which held on June 8, 2024, in Umunze, Anambra State, was attended by prominent personalities, including Peter Obi, Cubana Chief Priest, and Phyno.
Sandra shared beautiful photos of herself dressed for the funeral ceremony, writing: "Today, we gather not in sorrow, but in celebration of life of a remarkable man that was and always will be an icon to many. Farewell my father-in-law, Pa Benjamin Okoli."
Benjamin Onyemaechi Okoli passed away on May 22, 2024, at the age of 79. Flavour had announced his father's death on Twitter, sharing an old video of himself performing for his late father and siblings.
